In general, on-site event planners who are provided to you as part of your event venue do a good job, but their focus is to make sure their employees do their job, primarily, making sure the food and beverage flows smoothly. Many of these on-site planners are now allowed to work with you and your outside vendors, such as your florist or photographer; they are also not as budget-conscience and many times they hand off the overall management of the event to another staff member once your event has begun. By their doing so, many details throughout the event may go unmanaged, leaving room for error. This is where our expertise benefits you the most.

Monica B. Events will manage your wedding from engagement to honeymoon! We’ll help you find the perfect location for your nuptials, while making sure Fido isn’t left out on your big day. We specialize in short-term engagements (6 months or less) and are niched in providing wedding services for culturally diverse ceremonies.
ALL ACCESS PACKAGE
Our top-of-the-line package includes unlimited meetings, phone conferences & emails throughout the planning process. This package includes everything you can think of including Wedding Weekend Coordination and we can also add in additional coordinating services, ie: rehearsal dinner and other activities. There will be nothing left to plan – all bridal needs will be covered when you choose the All-Access Package.
LIMITED ENGAGEMENT PACKAGE
This package is for the couple that knows what they want, start the process and get stuck along the way. We are there to answer questions, research vendors, recommend new & fun ideas as well as assist with budget management. We are able to attend vendor meetings and assist with décor & design of the wedding day. This package also includes Wedding Weekend Coordination.
WEDDING WEEKEND COORDINATION
We call this our “Gift to Mom”. For the couple that has planned all of their details but want to make sure it all happens the way they imagine, we are there to be your personal assistant the weekend of the wedding. We meet with you one month prior to the wedding to walk through the timeline, make all decisions regarding set up, and finalize decisions regarding how and when everything will happen on your wedding day. Finally, we coordinate rehearsal and are on-site day of the wedding, usually through to the end of the reception. This way, Mom, sister & best friend get to enjoy the wedding with you.
